Station1 has a full-time Director of Programs position open!
As Director of Programs, you will assume a key leadership role and will be responsible for the operational success of all Station1 programs. More specifically, as Director of Programs you will oversee, coordinate, and manage Station1’s inaugural program Summer@Station1. Summer@Station1 is a ten-week residential, summer science and technology-focused postsecondary educational and research program where college-level students will participate in team-based projects, gain experience through state-of-the-art internships, and build mentoring relationships.
As the Director of Programs, you will have responsibilities that include:
- strategic planning;
- student recruitment, admissions, mentoring;
- sourcing companies and internship placements;
- setup of systems, policies and procedure;
- communications;
- program budgeting; and
- program documentation and assessment.
The Director of Programs is a full-time position with substantial employee benefits. The Director of Programs will engage with an exceptional team of founders, instructors, corporate, and university partners in program development and implementation. This position requires relocation to or residence in the northeastern Massachusetts or the southern New Hampshire region.
